Helping Hand Nursing Services pioneered and developed the Welcome Home Program. The client receives 8 hours of care, transitioning them from the hospital or nursing facility to home. Transportation home, grocery shopping, picking up prescriptions, or any of the 101 ways we make coming home a happy and stress-free experience.
