Helping Hand offers you or your loved one the independence and life quality that you want and deserve. With home care, you stay close to the things that are important — that help you thrive and live well.
Helping Hand developed Nurse Guided Care in order to properly care for older adults with one or more medical conditions. This is why at Helping Hand you will work with a Registered Nurse to complete a complimentary nursing assessment and develop a care plan that provides the medical guidance needed to properly care for you or your loved one.
PEACE OF MIND – Helping Hand provides the most comprehensive medical and non-medical care available using the most experienced and compassionate professional caregivers. Great caregivers combined with the medical guidance of a Registered Nurse will provide you with the Peace of Mind knowing you are receiving the best care available.
Did you know most home care companies have people with little to no medical training complete your assessment and care plan?
As we saw the need for in-home care for multiple chronic conditions grow over time, it also became apparent that the home care industry was ill-equipped to meet those demands. In answer to the growing need for specialty care for people wanting to remain at home, Helping Hand developed our Nurse Guided Home CareSM program.
To properly manage medical conditions, a Registered Nurse will perform a complimentary nursing assessment and develop a care plan. Exclusive to Helping Hand, our Registered Nurses oversee the specialized care and support for specific chronic or end-of-life medical conditions, including Parkinson’s, cancer care, Alzheimer’s, stroke recovery, cardiac, and dementia care.
As the only home care services organization to provide both medical and non-medical care, Helping Hand is uniquely qualified to handle all of your chronic medical needs.
If you have ever struggled with life decisions for a senior loved one, then you may understand the emotional impact of someone having to leave their home and give up their independence.
Watch one daughter’s story of the emotional weight that was lifted when she found a trustworthy care alternative in Helping Hand. It was simple and easy to get started. Once our highly-trained nurses completed her mother’s initial Free Home Care Assessment and devised a thorough and complete care plan, her mother was able to stay in her home, manage her day-to-day life, and be near things familiar.
