We offer our clients a comprehensive range of services, whether at home, in a hospital, or at an assisted living facility or nursing home. Care begins with a complementary nurse assessment that is developed into a written care plan by a Registered Nurse for our caregivers to follow. A Client Care Coordinator will work with you and your family to carefully select a home care aide specifically suited for each of our clients.
Our first interaction will be a complementary Nurse Assessment where our Registered Nurse (RN) meets with you to develop a written care plan for our caregivers to follow.
Next, our Client Care Coordinator will talk with you and your family about our recommended level of care and then select the caregiver that will best suit your ongoing care needs at the agreed upon level.
Our caregiver will arrive on their first day ready to provide the care that everyone has agreed upon and specifically suited for your requirements.
Did you know most home care companies have people with little to no medical training complete your assessment and care plan?
As we saw the need for in-home care for multiple chronic conditions grow over time, it also became apparent that the home care industry was ill-equipped to meet those demands. In answer to the growing need for specialty care for people wanting to remain at home, Helping Hand developed our Nurse Guided Home CareSM program.
To properly manage medical conditions, a Registered Nurse will perform a complimentary nursing assessment and develop a care plan. Exclusive to Helping Hand, our Registered Nurses oversee the specialized care and support for specific chronic or end-of-life medical conditions, including Parkinson’s, cancer care, Alzheimer’s, stroke recovery, cardiac, and dementia care.
As the only home care services organization to provide both medical and non-medical care, Helping Hand is uniquely qualified to handle all of your chronic medical needs.
