Once a determination is made regarding care, your physician will coordinate directly with Helping Hand and provide all the necessary details for your medical treatments at home. If there are any changes to medication regimens or medical treatments, your doctor will communicate with our nurse administrator. Likewise, if one of our nurses notices a change in you or your loved one’s medical status, we will promptly inform your physician. This process allows for fast and efficient communication leading to better care for you or your family member.
